Springs for guns (springs for rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, cannons)
Along with ammunition belts and rifle magazines we manufacture different types of springs for weapons.
The guns contain from dozens to hundreds of springs. Gun springs are essential for right functioning of the guns and they meet very high requirements. These requirements are very specific and require different materials for producing different gun springs. Depending on the particular role, needed gun spring characteristics and available space in the gun, the gun designer uses wire or strip. Most springs for guns require 24-hours setting to solid length, 100% control of all characteristics, passporting etc. We are licensed for producing gun springs for Russian and Israeli systems. We manufacture all springs for all models Russian submachine-guns and machines guns like Kalashnikov AK, PK, PKM, PKT. In addition to the traditional springs we produce multi-wire springs, magazine springs (springs for gun magazines) and blade-gun springs. Gun springs are produced from wire and strip.
Materials for gun springs: wires and strips from standard materials and special alloys. Heat treatment and coating of the gun springs: A wide variety of heat treatment and coatings. Unique technologies and specially designed machines are used for production of some of the gun springs.
We produce all gun springs for the Bulgarian firearms manufacturers. As an internationally-famous springs manufacturer we produce large quantities of gun springs for export.

Note:
We used to be the only factory in Bulgaria for manufacture of industrial springs - all types (cold coiled; hot coiled; blade springs etc) till 1989 so until then we were serving the whole Bulgarian market.
After 1989 a few small producers of cold-coiled springs appeared, but we are still the only manufacturer in Bulgaria for hot coiled springs (railway springs; bogie springs; suspension springs for trucks, tractors and trams; heavy duty springs).
